This Privacy Policy explains how Have You Got the Moves? (the "App") handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Your videos never leave your phone. All video analysis happens entirely on your device, and your clips are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We do not require an account, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The only information processed about you is the limited purchase data described below, and only if you choose to buy a subscription or the lifetime unlock.
Have You Got the Moves? lets you upload two short video clips from your own device — a reference clip and your own attempt — and compares them. The analysis (detecting body position, comparing movement, drawing the on-screen overlay, and scoring) runs locally on your device. The videos you select are processed on-device and are not transmitted anywhere.
Have You Got the Moves? offers optional paid plans. All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store — we never see or receive your name, address, card number, or any other payment details.
To keep track of whether your plan is active across your devices and reinstalls, we use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management service acting as our processor. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives and stores:
We use this information solely to unlock the features you paid for, to support restoring purchases, and to see basic totals of how many subscriptions are active. It is not used for advertising, is not sold or shared with data brokers, and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings; we cannot cancel it for you.
We do not collect your videos, photos, name, email address, contacts, location, or any advertising identifier. We do not require you to create an account with us, we do not build a marketing profile of you, and the App contains no advertising and no cross-app tracking.
The App requests permission to access your photo library only so that you can choose the clips you want to analyze. Selected videos are used solely for on-device analysis during your session and are not uploaded or retained by us.
The App is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The limited purchase information described above is generated only when a purchase is made through an Apple ID, which is controlled by the account holder.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held about you. Because purchase records are tied only to an anonymous identifier, please contact us at hello@onelastjob.tech and we will help you locate and delete your record where we are able to.
